A static code has the destination URL baked into the pattern itself — change the URL and you must reprint. A dynamic code encodes a short QRFlow link instead, so the pattern stays identical while the destination behind it is yours to change.
Static codes are yours for ever — they contain no reference to us. If a paid plan lapses, your dynamic codes keep redirecting; you simply drop back to the free plan's limits for creating and editing new ones.
No. Codes with a logo are generated at error-correction level H, which can recover about 30% of the pattern. The logo covers far less than that. Always test a print proof before a large run.
Timestamp, coarse device/OS/browser class, the referring site if the scanner sends one, and a salted hash of the IP address so we can count unique scans. The raw IP is never written to disk and we set no cookie on the redirect.
